Obeya chooses Obeya

The PR agency Obeya has won another client. Obeya is now entering into a collaboration with themselves. The goal is to increase the agency's visibility and create a clearer positioning.
– Having Obeya as a client at the agency ensures that we allocate the time and expertise we need for our own communication, says Maria Hazard, founder and CEO of Obeya.
Obeya works with clients such as Visit Finland, Halebop, the Swedish School Sports Federation, Adidas, and Lynk & Co. Now, the agency chooses to enter a partnership with Obeya. The decision is based on the agency's desire to increase its visibility and position itself to more clearly showcase the expertise it possesses.
– It’s the classic case of the shoemaker’s children. We always talk about the importance of smart and creative PR, yet we don’t do it for our own company - that simply doesn't work. This way, we can prioritize our own communication, and I wouldn't have chosen any agency other than Obeya to do just that, explains Maria Hazard, founder and CEO of Obeya.
The collaboration begins immediately and includes strategy, visual identity, and creative PR work aimed at generating visibility.
– I am incredibly excited to approach Obeya as a client. It will be a learning experience for all of us to work and see ourselves through a different lens. It’s great to finally have the time and the right conditions to prioritize Obeya in this way, says Hanna Sandström, Account Manager on the agency side of Obeya.
Obeya was founded in 2015 by Maria Hazard and Canan Yasar, who fully own the agency. The agency currently has 15 employees and around 15 active client relationships. In August 2021, the agency expanded to Denmark and opened an office in Copenhagen.
