Obeya appoints its first partner – Julia Karlsson

We are now expanding our ownership base and welcoming our first partner, long-time employee Julia Karlsson.

– Our employees are what makes Obeya, and we want to show our appreciation by offering partnership opportunities to our key people. We believe in building our company from within, and we do that by making our most vital team members partners, says Maria Hazard, CEO of Obeya.

Obeya has previously been solely owned by founders Maria Hazard and Canan Yasar, but the agency now plans to eventually allocate 20 percent of the company's shares to its employees.
