Obeya Seeks Account Manager & PR Strategist

About the role:
As an Account Manager & PR Strategist at Obeya, you will be a key, business-driving member of our team. Your mission is to develop client assignments and relationships, grow existing accounts and create new business opportunities for the agency. You will do this by:
Building long-term relationships with both existing and new clients
Identifying needs and selling the agency’s services and solutions that create clear business value
Leading proposal and pitch work together with the teams, from need → idea → proposal → closure
Ensuring profitability and high quality of delivery, and driving growth with both existing and new clients
Acting as a trusted strategic advisor within PR and communications
Contributing ideas and insights that help develop clients’ businesses and positioning
We are looking for someone who:
Has at least five years of experience in PR and communications
Has preferably worked in a similar Account Manager or Strategist role, ideally within an agency or consulting environment
Is skilled at building trust, long-term relationships and strong networks
Has proven experience in driving business, such as selling ideas, services or projects, developing existing clients or winning new business
Thrives in an advisory role and can translate knowledge into tangible business value for clients
Is curious, socially aware and keeps up to date with trends and the world around them
Is a team player who takes initiative and responsibility from start to finish
We place great importance on personal qualities. However, this role requires you to be self-driven, confident in your expertise and comfortable taking overall responsibility for client relationships and assignments.

Practical information:
Permanent position with a six-month probationary period
Full-time position, 37.5-hour working week
Start date by agreement, preferably in the first quarter of 2026
Location: Stockholm, with the possibility of remote work
