About the role
As a Client Lead PR Strategist at Obeya, you'll be a core business driver on our team. Your job is to grow our client relationships, develop our assignments, and open up new business opportunities for the agency. In practice, that means:
Building lasting relationships with both existing and new clients
Spotting opportunities and selling in services and solutions that create genuine business value
Leading pitches and proposals with the team, from brief → idea → pitch → close
Keeping an eye on profitability and quality while actively driving growth
Serving as a trusted strategic advisor in PR and communications
Bringing ideas and insights that strengthen clients' business and positioning
Who you are
You have at least five years of experience in PR and communications, ideally from both agency and client side.
You have a solid track record of selling in ideas and winning new business — or growing existing accounts
You're good at building trust and relationships
You enjoy the advisor role and know how to turn strategic thinking into tangible results
You're curious, follow what's happening in the world, and stay sharp on trends
You're a team player who doesn't wait to be asked

The details
Permanent role with a 6-month probationary period
Full-time, 37.5 hours/week
Start: August/September 2026
Based in Stockholm
Salary range: SEK 45,000–70,000/month, set individually
