Sweden is full of hidden gems - restaurants that serve fantastic food prepared with care and love, but which are never mentioned in the established guides or reviewed in the major newspapers.

Now, they are getting their time in the spotlight. On behalf of Halebop, we are launching Not So White Guide, a tribute to all these restaurants, holes-in-the-wall, and food stalls that cook exquisite food. The guide features 18 restaurants in Gothenburg, Malmö, and Stockholm, focusing on food cultures from all over the world. We couldn't be prouder.
