Obeya launches The Cusp - a site dedicated to Swedish campaigns
Swedish communication campaigns are at the forefront, receiving awards worldwide in various PR and advertising competitions. However, until now, there hasn't been a national site that gathers new campaigns. The PR agency Obeya is changing that today with the launch of The Cusp. The goal is to inspire both agencies and clients alike.
– We have long felt the lack of a Swedish equivalent to the many international sites that compile new campaigns, so we thought it was time to do something about it. Since so much high-quality and smart communication is created in Sweden, we believe many people, just like us, want to read more about what's being done, says Maria Hazard, CEO of Obeya.
The Cusp will feature both large and small Swedish PR and advertising campaigns. Agencies and clients are invited to submit their own campaigns, which thecusp.se then publishes.
– Everyone is welcome to submit their campaigns. We won't give any submissions special treatment; the only rules are that we won't post campaigns that we find sexist or racist, says Canan Yasar, Creative Director at Obeya.
The hope is to eventually expand the site with news such as agency collaborations and op-eds.
